The Chamber Orchestra of Kona in Concert @ The Hualalai Center

The Chamber Orchestra of Kona (COOK) presents a tribute to the American Legion at it’s 100th birthday. COOK, a 30 piece community orchestra, will present over an hour of music featuring music from the WWII epic film “A Band of Brothers,” Tchaikovsky’s stirring “1812 Overture” and even “The Stars and Stripes March” by JP Sousa, declared the national march of the US by an act of Congress.
This concert will also help to inaugurate the newly renovated Hualalia Center, known to many as Kailua-Kona’s old downtown movie theater and now home to Privateer’s Cove and the Pirate’s Outreach Community Center.
Patrons 18 and under are always free! Tickets available online or at the door.
